1.The town
Starring Ben Affleck, this movie is a thrilling one indeed. The story goes around Charlestown, a place that seems to have produced more robbers than any other place out there. The movie opens with Ben Affleck holding a speech about the attention to detail his gang puts into each robbery – and that’s is preciselywhen the robbery in the movie enters the scene. First, they get the cash draws. Then, they get into the safe. And then they make sure that the video tapes are microwaved. The entire first scene is very, very dramatic and it will make you want to watch the entire movie.

2.Heat

The team of professional Bank Robbers returns from their latest heist and are worried as they have left a clue behind. The heatofthe police is trapping the team down. Will they be able to be in safe zone orget arrested?

3.The dark Knight

A list of the greatest bank robbery movies couldn't possibly be complete without includingThe Dark Knight, if only becausenolist of the greatest movies could be complete without includingThe Dark Knight. The montage where the Joker and his crew take down a Gotham City bank standsas one of the best opening scenes in moviehistory and, seeing as how he manages to make a massive profit whilealsodownsizing his staff, immediately cements the Joker's rep as criminal genius. Even if itdoes raise the awkward question of how heis possibly going to be able to find henchmen willing to go jobs with him in the future.

4.The bank job

Martine offers Terry a lead on a foolproof bank hit on London’s Baker Street. ButTerry and his crew don’t realize the boxes also contain a treasure trove of dirty secrets.

5.Inside man

Inside Man is a story of an unpredictable confrontation of an adamant officer and flawless bank robber from the cell. Well flowed intense moments of dialogues of every character. One of the best heist movie to watch before you die.

6.Fast 5
In the firstFast & Furious, Dominic Torretto (Vin Diesel) and his "family" steal VCRs off the back of moving trucks. By 2011's fivequel, they drag a ten-ton safe down the streets of Rio withthe help of American security agents. The action junkie answer to heist getaways,Fast Fiveis the firstFuriousmovie to throw its knucklehead cast a few stops between point A and point B. Because the franchise could only blow NOS for so long.

7.Dog Day Afternoon
It is a 1975 movie inspired by a real-life story starring Al Pacino and John Cazale. The film tells the story of a man who robs a bank to pay for his lover’s sex-change operation. What starts as an attempt to help someone he loves turns into atense hostage situation.

9.Die Hard with a Vengeance
Die Hard with a Vengeance is directed by John McTiernan and was released in the year 1995. This movie is the third installment in the Die Hard franchise and stars Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Irons, and Sam Philips. The movie tells the story of a German terrorist and his gang trying to rob the Federal Reserve by using several deviations. John McClane must they them at any cost and you all know that he would definitely stop them.

10.Point break
Long before Kathryn Bigelow won Oscars for best picture and best director for "The HurtLocker," she was the rare woman in this business making brawny action pictures. This is one of her most enjoyable ones, and not just as a guilty pleasure (although it did make my list of guilty-pleasure movies last year). Keanu Reeves stars as the awesomely named Johnny Utah, an FBI agent who goes undercover to catch a band of bank robbers who commit their crimes wearing masks of U.S. presidents. Led by Patrick Swayze as the shaggy-haired Bodhi, these guys are surfers enjoying a bohemian lifestyle that Utah finds increasingly difficult to resist. His lineas he lets Bodhi surf off into some deadly waves — "Vaya con Dios" — is a classic.
