He was portrayed by late Australian actorHeath Ledger. Ledger's interpretation of the character is specifically influenced by the graphic novels Batman. The Killing Joke and Arkham Asylum

2.The Joker (Bat man 1989) Jack Nicholson

Born in Brooklyn, Jack Napier came to live in Gotham City. In his school years, Jack proved himself to be emotionally unstable, but was highly intelligent, and showed aptitude in art, science, and chemistry. He also turned to a life ofviolent crime. When he was fifteen, Jack was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon. Jack, at one point, implied that he may have also murdered people, including those who were parents, since he was a kid.

3.The Batman(1966) Cesar Romero

The Joker was one of the more obsessed villians with unmasking Batman. Despite his frenzied efforts to expose the Caped Crusader, the Joker was not one of the show's two villians who discovered Batman is actually Bruce Wayne, although he did come close a couple of times.

4. Suicide Squad Joker  (2016) Jared Leto

Jared Leto as Joker in Suicide Squad In terms of disappointing performances, Jared Leto’s in Suicide Squad ranks up there on the all-time list. Warner Bros. played up the Joker as a major player in their villain-centric antihero movie for months, only to include him a small portion of the film. But even that would have been acceptable had the performance actually been worth the hype.
